Opened in November 2023, this luxury design accommodation is located on the ground floor of a mansion in one of the most beautiful streets in Amsterdam IJburg. The accommodation has a private entrance with a private parking under the carport in front of the door and has access to a cozy, green private outdoor terrace.

My name is Nicole and I'm your host.

After a career in the Fitness & Health industry as an independent entrepreneur, I gained experience in the hotel industry as Spa & Healthclub manager of a large 5* hotel in Amsterdam. The contact with both business and leisure guests was inspiring and educational. A fantastic challenge to be able to provide hotel guests with a 5* plus experience every day. This motivated me to realize a luxurious and comfortable B&B on the ground floor of our house, in a beautiful location close to the bustling heart of Amsterdam

Flat screen with a wall bracket, so that TV can be watched from both the luxurious king-size bed and the dining area. Art, designer lighting and a great skylight give the modern apartment a warm and homely atmosphere. An oasis of comfort and tranquility, 12 minutes away from the historic center of Amsterdam.
